Registration Process


After spending some time exploring, praying, and discussing with your team, you are hopefully ready and eager to register your team with us!  

Being the team coordinator and contact person does require your attention and time to fill out the proper forms, make payments, and communicate with our ministry coordinators. However we hope to do our best to make it an easy and enjoyable process.  Therefore, the following information and pages will be directed at the key leadership and coordinators of your missions trip.  

Below are the initial steps and process to register your team:

1 - Contact us. All bookings will initially begin with our central YUGO Office. A great way to get the process started is by filling out our online reservation form.
This form will help us gather the nessesary information to start your file and reservation. If you are unable to use the online form, or wish to talk to us, please contact Charity (619-336-9003) at the YUGO Office to begin your registration process.

2 - Deposit. All bookings are tentative until we have received a $200 non-refundable deposit. In order to ensure you have a spot with us, we suggest you send in your deposit and booking as soon as possible. Spring and summer months can fill up very quickly at some of our ministry sites. 
*Please note some sites like GBH & GCH may have a different deposit rate. Please investigate with the office. 

3 - Confirmation. You will be contacted by our office staff with confirmation of your reservation and information. They will send you our payment plan, due dates, and other forms.  

4 - Payments. It is important that you stay on top of the payment due-dates for your team. This will help both our teams be prepared for the upcoming projects.  

5- Ministry Specifics. Two to three months prior to your teams arrival, we will be in communication with you to discuss your team's mission details. It is at this point you will be discussing things like: male/female breakdown, who will the pastor/community/family be that you will be working with, special requests, camp programming, and the like. If you would like to begin to discuss these things earlier, please do not hesitate to contact us.

6 - Final Details. In the last few weeks before your trip, we will check to make sure we have all the details covered. The office will prepare a final invoice showing your payments/balance. The ministry sites will also be in contact to confirm any last minute details.

7 - Finalize Team. Once your trip is completed, we will process any final numbers, changes, or additional charges. The office will send you a final paid invoice.

 
 
* If you are a Canadian team - You will follow this same process, however your payments will be made to the Canadian Office for tax and charitable reasons. Please continue to direct general inquiries to Charity at the main office,
but direct payments in US funds to the Canadian office.
