Bible Institutes
We believe preaching the Gospel includes both evangelism and discipleship. We want to proclaim the word of God to all people (Mark 16:15) and to present them complete (mature) in Christ (Col 1:28).

YUGO Ministries sponsors two Bible Institutes in Mexico. Grace Bible Institute is located in Tijuana and the
Logos Bible Institute resides in Mexicali. Both schools accept full time and part time students.
A majority of the Mexican national students are already serving as Pastors in local area churches, but without any type of formalized Biblical instruction. For students who are not pastors, the localized training they receive allows them to use their new skills in local ministries during their studies.
These Bible Institutes are run independ-ently of one another and operate on different schedules. It takes approximately three years to complete either of the Bible education programs. Topics covered include Christian Education, Church History, Homiletics, Hermeneutics, and doctrinal classes.

Staff
All Bible institute classes are taught by experienced Mexican pastors or American/Canadian missionaries with a burden for the Mexican church. Instructors usually possess a Bible college degree and giftedness for teaching. Our Tijuana Bible Institute also accepts guest teachers who would like to teach for a semester or two (guest teachers do not need to be bilingual). Please contact Tony Varela or Leonard Janssen if you are interested. In the future, we would like to open more Bible training centers in other areas of Mexico.

Vision
We want to see the Mexican church become a "sending" church.  Some are beginning to catch this vision.
Efraín Torres, one of our graduates from the Mexicali Bible Institute, has returned to his home state of Sinaloa to disciple new believers. His desire is to build an outreach center in his own home town to reach out to the 100+ towns nearby that have no evangelical churches!
What a privilege it's been to teach some of the "cream of the crop" of Mexican youth! When we pray for laborers for the harvest, we are praying for American, Canadian and Mexican workers. Will you pray with us for the country of Mexico, where there are more than 90 million people who need to meet our Savior?
